BUILDING INTEGRATED IN THE CONTEXT
This project is part of an urban redevelopment program in Neuilly-sur-Seine. It is an office building designed by the architecture firm DTACC. Great attention has been paid to the environmental impact of this operation, not only from an energy standpoint (HQE Excellent / BREEAM Excellent / BBC certifications), but also in terms of comfort and integration with the context.
The building opens up, thanks to the almost completely glass facades, towards a rear garden and the theme of nature throughout the enclosure thanks to a screen printing placed on the glass, and also on the artificial stone of the street front that simulates the fronds of climbing plants. To achieve this effect of stylized vegetation we have created multiple screen printing frames to have a result as natural as possible and not to recognize the repetitiveness of the pattern.
STRUCTURAL FACADE SYSTEMS AD HOC
Our technical department has developed special structural façade systems to guarantee maximum aesthetic uniformity between simple skin, double skin, fixed and openable parts. In particular, we have ensured the perfect alignment of the facade lines, even on the open fire-extinguishers and on the smoke evacuators so that they can not be identified from the outside. On the street front, the façade is made up of double cells (2500 mm base) with integrated fiber cement, even these panels are screen printed with the plant motif. All cells have integrated solar shielding system in the double skin cavity and have passed all the required tests, including those to avoid the risk of condensation.
