Project Manager

The Project Manager  handles all phases of the operation: start-up, planning, development, control, and closure to effectively and efficiently employ available resources in achieving the objectives within the set times and costs.


  • knowledge of French
  • contract management skills
  • site management abilities (logistics, construction scheduling, resources, etc.)
  • capacity for active cash flow management (correct and timely submission of work progress reports and monitoring payment term compliance)
  • knowledge of risk management
  • general technical engineering knowledge of materials as well as structural, thermal and acoustic calculations for continuous facades;
  • willingness to travel;
  • problem-solving skills;
  • interpersonal skills
  • ability to recognize and respect roles and contexts
